Training activities and assistance in preparing differentiated learning designs which are participated in by teachers at Indonesian Schools in Malaysia.
Unesa. AC ID. SURABAYA—The Community Service Team (PKM) of the Basic Education Doctoral Program (Dikdas) and Educational Technology Doctoral Program (TP) UNESA held training and assistance in preparing this differentiated learning design as an implementation of the independent curriculum for teachers at Indonesian Schools in Malaysia on Sunday, July 21 2024.
This activity was carried out in order to overcome the lack of in-depth understanding of the principles of the Independent Curriculum in the midst of diverse international contexts. Through this training, teachers and educational staff receive material regarding differentiated learning, starting from characteristics to steps for implementing learning.
Aiming at overcoming the existence of different educational systems and cultures in the countries in this school, two experts or UNESA professors, namely Suryanti, and Mustaji, as resource persons, conveyed tips on improving teachers' skills in designing learning that can meet the diverse learning needs of students.
As well as optimizing the potential of each student to teachers in Indonesian schools Johor Bahru Malaysia through case studies and the use of strategic methods in teaching. So this becomes a reflection with the training participants.
Experts and professors of the UNESA Basic Education Doctoral and Educational Technology PhD study programs in the training program and assistance in preparing differentiated learning designs for teachers at Indonesian Schools in Malaysia.
First stage is the implementation of training activities which include opening, orientation, theory and concept sessions, workshops and practice, discussions and question and answer sessions, as well as closing and evaluation.
The second stage is preparing a report which includes introduction, training methods, results training, discussions, as well as conclusions and recommendations.
Meanwhile, the third stage is preparing outputs which consist of creating different learning modules, practical guides for teachers, and training results documents in the form of reports that are ready to be published.

Training or workshops aim to increase teacher readiness in applying learning with a different approach, thereby providing students with the opportunity to reach their best potential.
