Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) presented a number of superior programs and study programs at the UNESA Virtual Campus Expo (UVCE), on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. The socialization entitled 'More Deans with UNESA Faculties and Study Programs' was broadcast live on the YouTube channel @Official_Unesa and followed by thousands of participants.
In that session, the presenters were Dr. Anang Kistyanto, S.Sos., M.Sc., Dean of FEB; Susi Handayani, S.E., Ak., M.Ak., Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs; Dr. Sri Abidah Suryaningsih., S.Ag., M.Pd., Head of the Department of Economics.
Anang Kistyanto explained that FEB started as the Faculty of Economics and Business, later, based on the Rector's Decree Number 495/UN38/HK/KP/2021, it officially changed its name to the Faculty of Economics and Business. Currently, FEB oversees nine educational and non-educational study programs. The study programs in question are;

- S-1 Business Administration Education
- S-1 Accounting Education
- S-1 Management
- S-1 Accounting
- S-1 Islamic Economics
- S-1 Economics
- S-1 Digital Business
He added, almost all study programs at FEB have obtained accreditation A from BAN-PT and some study programs have also received international accreditation, AQAS, Germany. "We encourage FEB study programs to go international, especially when we open a Digital Business study program, which is indeed quite a big opportunity this century. This study program may be the only one on the East Java campus,” he said.
Susi Handayani said that one of the profiles of FEB graduates is to encourage the creation of entrepreneurs who support the economic and business sectors. In order to increase the entrepreneurial spirit, FEB has excellent programs, including the Investment Gallery, Sub-Studentpreneur Community, Sharia Corner, Tax Center, Student Expo Gebyar and many more.
Anang Kistyanto added, according to the UNESA slogan for the champions, his party fully supports students and lecturers in achieving various achievements at national and international levels. "Students or lecturers who excel, we prepare financial and non-financial awards. Financial rewards given are in the form of cash, while non-financial rewards can be in the form of academic conversions into related courses," he explained.
The award is an effort to appreciate the efforts and motivate the FEB champions to continue to achieve achievements that make themselves, their parents, alma mater and even the country proud. One of the international achievements achieved by FEB students is winning the International Business Competition at Universiti Teknologi MARA Malaysia.
In addition, FEB UNESA also organizes many excellent programs related to Merdeka Learn Campus Merdeka (MBKM). These programs include domestic and international student exchanges, Summer Courses, Joint Research, Visiting Lecturers, international classes, campus teaching, internships and certified independent studies, real work lectures and field work practices or internships at economic institutions.
