Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) held the activity of 'Equality of Perception and Selection Test of Prospective BKD Assessors in 2022' on Friday (18/03/2022) at the LP3M Building, Lidah Wetan Campus, Surabaya.
The event was opened by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Alumni Dr. Agus Hariyanto, M.Kes., and attended by all deans, vice deans, heads of institutions, heads of bureaus, directors, deputy directors, heads of departments, heads of study programs, heads of laboratories, professors, assessor lecturers, as well as prospective assessor lecturers around UNESA .
Dr. Agus Hariyanto, M.Kes., said that this year's assessors were different from those of previous years. Yesterday's assessors were only around UNESA or with fellow lecturers themselves. However, this year those who graduate become official assessors to become national assessors for all universities partnering with UNESA.
"Hopefully all of the UNESA lecturers who participate will pass as national assessors," he hoped.
The BKD refreshment event and the recruitment of new assessors were led by Prof. Dr. Sarmini, M. Hum. This event is an implementation of Kepdirjendikti Number 12/2021 concerning Operational Guidelines for Lecturer Workloads (PO-BKD) which requires that assessors and prospective assessors follow the same perception of PO BKD as well as take a practice test.
This activity is not just about being able to pass as BKD assessors, but more about how participants can understand the duties and responsibilities of assessors and the stages.
Head of General Affairs and Finance Bureau (BUK) UNESA, Dr. Sulaksono, S.H., M.H., explained that there was an interesting thing during the transition period of UNESA to become a state university with a legal entity (PTNBH) where there was a discourse that as of July 1, 2022, all head lectors would be centralized. "This is a good opportunity for UNESA lecturers to become national assessors," he said. [UNESA PR]
