First, factors that cannot be controlled include genetic, hereditary or family history, age, and sex. Furthermore, hereditary factors, which basically the disorder owned by the family will make it possible to be passed down to the next generation.
Then the age factor. The older the body will experience degeneration so it is susceptible to disease. Then, sex, which affects the possibility of disease. For example men will be more susceptible to coronary heart disease compared to women of childbearing age.
Secondly, factors that can be controlled include lifestyle, environment, and stress levels. Bad lifestyles such as poor eating patterns, lack of physical activity and exercise, smoking habits, and drinking excessive alcohol can trigger the birth of deadly diseases in the body.
The environment with air pollution and poor hygiene can increase the potential to be easily exposed to disease. Likewise, if someone experiences stress in a prolonged time, the immune system will weaken and become a gap in developing disease.
How to reduce the risk of
There are several ways that can be done to reduce the risk of developing deadly diseases in the world.
First, patterns and lifestyles. Maintaining a lifestyle means regulating the diet in accordance with the recommendations of the 'contents of my Piracing' from the Ministry of Health such as multiplying the consumption of vegetables, fruits, side dishes, to fulfill water every day.
