Unesa.ac.id. SURABAYA-Kolaboro Surabaya State University (Unesa) and the Karate-Do Indonesia Sports Federation (Forki) held a coaching clinic attended Italy and Ukraine, on Friday, January 31, 2025. 4489-9C3E-DFF1257A8C93/UNESA.ac.id "> GOR Futsal Unesa, Campus II Tongue Weta n, Surabaya. The two international karate trainers who attended were Luigi Bush, Italy, and Stanislav Horuna, Ukraine.
This coaching clinic focuses on kumite because, 2 coaches are kumite athletes with European championships to the world championship. The coach who was present shared knowledge and experience which included physical training methods, techniques, tactics, to the activity of the motion of varied games.
"With direct learning how the experience and techniques of the coach delivered, the hope is that karate athletes in East Java can be more developed and excel. So this is more to strengthen mental, technical, and strategy as a competitive -spiritual karate athlete while still upholding sportsmanship, "he said.
He added, the techniques owned by the two coaches were extraordinary and important also controlled by karate athletes in the country. With the provisions obtained from this clinic coaching, East Java karate athletes can be more developed and increase their achievements.
"Of course what is obtained from this activity must really be a motivation to continue to develop abilities and techniques," added the Unesa lecturer.
The ability of sports including karate, according to him, is not enough To be stored or memorized by head, but also must be trained, continue to be trained so that it becomes a muscle memory or forming a harmony physical reflection according to the technique. For him, activities like this are important, because it can be used as an annual agenda. [*]
