Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-The UNESA English Language and Literature Department Student Association held a 2021 PKM training with the theme "Hay When the Sun Shines" and was attended by UNESA students including EDSA UNESA batch 2021 on Saturday (25/09/2021). As the training presenters, namely the UNESA FBS Reasoning team, Arik Susanti, S.Pd., M.Pd., and Madinatul Munawaroh, S.Pd., Finalists of PIMNAS 33 PKM-GFK 2020.
Arik Susanti said that PKM (Student Creativity Program) is a manifestation of the Tridharma of Higher Education under the management of the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs (BELMAWA). In addition, as a form of creative and innovative students. "This program is an effort to grow, accommodate, and realize students' creative and innovative ideas," he said.
Innovation, he continued, emerged as a result of a combination of ideas and experiences which were then realized in the form of works. PKM continues to be developed and refined. The general criteria for students in writing PKM are active students and can also be from different study programs.
"PKM participants are groups of active undergraduate and diploma students who are registered at PD-Dikti and students who take part in PKM, may be from different or the same study programs," explained Arik. The PKM stages that need to be considered are starting from the design, preparation, preparation of proposals, uploads, evaluations to the announcement of funding, all of which must be considered.
Meanwhile, Madinatul Munawaroh conveyed about how to write a good PKM. According to him, writing PKM should be based on solutions and ideas. In addition, of course, must follow the provisions or guidelines for PKM. "The ideas and ideas in the PKM that we make, must be interesting, creative, and solutive," he said.
He said there are several ways that can be considered in order to get funding and PIMNAS, including strengthening consultations with supervisors until setting the deadline for making proposals and continuing to pray. "It's even more intense in consulting with supervisors, coordinating a solid team, setting deadlines for proposal completion, and don't forget to always pray," he said. (Madina/zam)
