Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA– UNESA lecturers have achieved another achievement. Dr. Drs. Djuli Djati Prambudi, M.Sn. received the Prasetya Adikarya Budaya #3 Year 2021 Award from the Padhang Njingglang Cultural Community, Tulungagung. The UNESA Fine Arts lecturer received the award on Saturday (11/27/2021) at Joglo Sendang Kamulyan Art Space, Tulungagung.
The award was given for Djuli Djati's contribution in serving as a loyal teacher, researcher, warrior and thinker in the field of Indonesian art writing. Not only Djuli Djati, the award was also given to Dr. Mikke Susanto, MA. As a lecturer at ISI Yogyakarta.
In his explanation, Anang Prasetyo as the committee and moderator said that since the 1994's, the UNESA lecturer had conveyed an indication and was still relevant for the next 25 years. "There are many works and events of art, but there are very few who observe, write let alone make art criticism and discuss it in a paradigmatic way," he said.
The event, which was attended by around 70 participants from Trenggalek, Kediri, Yogyakarta, Gresik, Surabaya, Pacitan and its surroundings, succeeded in attracting listeners to enjoy the presentations of the two national art presenters.
Djuli Djati himself thinks that this award is considered to be mental, because not many are willing and concerned about appreciating fine art writers. He hopes that this award can be a motivation for himself and other artists to continue to make more achievements through their works. (Unesa Public Relations)
