Unesa.ac.id, Surabaya–The State University of Surabaya held a socialization and discussion on the Management of Data Cooperation to Support Higher Education Clustering Performance in 2021 with the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Dirjen Dikti Kemendikbudristek) on Monday (15/6/2021).
This event was attended by Prof. Dr. Nurhasan, M.Kes Unesa Chancellor, Vice Chancellors, Postgraduate Director, Vocational Director Unesa, all ranks of Deputy Deans around Unesa, along with all heads of institutions, division heads and staff around Unesa. Meanwhile, from Dikti Kemendikbudristek attended by Yayat Hendayana as Coordinator of General Substance, Public Relations, and Cooperation of the Directorate General of Higher Education and Firman Hidayat.
On that occasion, the Chancellor of Unesa thanked many parties for their commitment so far in building Unesa. He hopes that in the future, Unesa will remain enthusiastic and tough to prepare everything towards the vision that is intended and expected together.
Most importantly, according to him, Unesa can adapt in the industrial era 4.0 and in the midst of the swift current of change. "Of course what we hope is not to follow changes, but we also need to take over, take control and become the locomotive of change," he said.
The man who can be called Cak Hasan also expressed his wish and the hope of the Minister of Education and Technology so that Unesa becomes a World Class University and can enter the top national and international rankings.
Meanwhile, Yayat Hendayana explained several indicators and weights for university clustering in 2021. "Hopefully, Indonesian universities can continue to have quality, move up in rank and can continue to optimize MBKM implementation," he said.
Meanwhile, Firman Hidayat himself explained the performance indicators of the Directorate General of Higher Education related to university cooperation. One of the indicators, namely the MoU with national and international level institutions also has a considerable influence. After the presentation of several materials, the participants then held a joint discussion on issues related to the clustering of universities. (Hasna)
