SURABAYA -Unit Activities of Photographic Activities Students (UKM AFO) Surabaya State University (Unesa) held a photography art exhibition with the headline "Asmara Appreciation of Art Through Asa and Rasa" on Saturday-Sunday, 22-23 February 2025 at home Culture, Sidoarjo. This photography art exhibition activity carries the theme of love that shows the aesthetic and beautiful work of AFO UKM members.
With a total of 41 works from the results of 20 showers and 3 months of workmanship and photo hunting, this exhibition successfully attracted the attention of the audience with a total of 200 visitors present in one day.
In his remarks, Dini Baqiatus Sholechah as the Chair of the Activity Executing Strengthens that this activity is not just an event to display the results of the photo but how a photographer can capture the moment in the form of photos that have more meaning.
"Every photo we take is not just aesthetics, but also about the emotions contained therein," said Dini.
Bintang Raffael as Chairperson of UKM AFO in his remarks appreciated the full effort and The work of young AFO UKM members who can produce photography with various qualifications and curation.
In addition, he stressed that this activity could be a motivational material for AFO UKM members. "Hopefully this romance exhibition event can be a motivation for all of us in working in order to produce better works," he said.
Not only visitors from Unesa, this exhibition was also attended by various photography student activity units from several Regions, namely Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Malang, and so forth.
This activity was enlivened by various activities, such as the appearance of the band, various fun games interesting, as well as the workshop event.
This activity is expected to bring AFO UKM more developed By producing better work in the future, providing motivation to keep working for AFO UKM members and visitors can enjoy the work on display.
