In the discussion session, the Head of the PPG Unesa Agency, Fatkur Rohman Kafrawi, delivered four important points related to strengthening PPG. First, formulating the specific qualities of PPG and distinguishes from other LPTKs.
Secondly, building an online learning system supported by lecturer human resources, tutor teachers, and competent technical personnel. "PPG is currently mostly carried out online, especially for teachers in positions. So, lecturers and supporting teams must be technically prepared until late at night, because the system is closed at 23.59," he explained.Third, accountable financial management becomes an important aspect in accordance with regulations. Fourth, the importance of the management of PPG student data integrated with the university academic system.
"at Unesa, we have developed Siakadu PPG which is directly connected to the main academic system. This is important to support student data validation to the national certification stages such as PISN," added Fatkur.

As part of this visit, the two parties also open initial communication for HR development cooperation. UNESA offers further study access for lecturers and Ummah Tendik through S2, S3, and RPL schemes, including online lectures that allow participants to continue to carry out their tasks at their respective institutions.
