UNESA selingkung participants take part in activities organized by UPPBJ
Unesa.ac.id., SURABAYA—The Goods/Services Procurement Management Unit (UPPBJ), Surabaya State University (UNESA) held a workshop discussing the preparation of work reference frameworks or TORs, self-estimated prices or HPS and procurement of non-e-purchasing goods at Favehotel, Sidoarjo on Thursday, March 7 2024.
This activity was attended by officials making commitments or PPK from various work units at the faculty level as well as from the head office. UPPBJ also invited the UNESA Planning Directorate which was involved from the start.
Hendra Wahyu Cahyaka, S.T., M.T., Head of UPPBJ said that this activity was part of the management of budget grants from the ministry which would then be allocated to the PPK team and units other work.
Participants took part in a mentoring session on preparing TOR, HPS and procurement of non-e-purchasing goods.
“The main objective of the UPPBJ is inviting "The PPK team does nothing but equalize the perception of UNESA PPKs in accordance with the standards and regulations of the UPPBJ," said the man born in Malang.
He added, this activity is also to help prepare and facilitate the preparation of documents so that after this activity is completed , the teams can immediately carry out purchase transactions.
The activities which lasted for 2 sessions ran smoothly and met the expected targets. The PPK team no longer has any doubts and has made all its documents ready to pursue UNESA targets, bearing in mind that the budget provided must be absorbed at least 50% of the mid-year reporting agenda.[]
