Unesa.ac.id, Surabaya-A total of 12 State Educational Higher Education Institutions (LPTKs) throughout Indonesia held a meeting of the State Education Higher Education Leaders Forum on 'Strengthening Institutional and LPTK Resources in Order to Prepare Future Teachers in the MBKM Era' on Thursday (03/6/2021) in Bandung .
The 12 LPTKNs involved in the meeting which lasted until June 5, 2021 were Surabaya State University, Semarang State University, Yogyakarta State University, Jakarta State University, Gorontalo State University, Malang State University, Medan State University, Makassar State University, Manado State University. , Padang State University, Indonesian University of Education and Ganesha University of Education.
From UNESA, the Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nurhasan, M.Kes who was accompanied by the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Bambang Yulianto, M.Pd, Vice Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance Suprapto, S.Pd., M.T, and Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Alumni Dr. Agus Hariyanto, M.Kes. In addition, the Head of LP3 Dr. Bachtiar Syaiful Bachri, M.Pd, Director of Vocational Dr. Martadi, M.Sn, Head of Public Relations UPT Vinda Maya Setianingrum, S.Sos., M.A and special staff led by Unesa.
On that occasion, the leadership of the Indonesian LPTKN discussed strategic issues surrounding the development of the quality of the implementation of the Tridarma of Higher Education in each campus in the future. In addition, the Chancellor of UNESA together with 11 other rectors signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of cooperation witnessed by the Director General of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.
With this collaboration, the campuses are committed to developing competencies and improving the quality of human resources (HR) as well as fostering institutional relationships in carrying out the functions of education, research, and community service.
Prof. Ganefri, Ph.D. Head of State Educational Universities (PPTKN) said that the forum was intended to improve the quality of the Tridarma Pergutuan Tinggi in each campus. LPTKs can collaborate to improve the quality and quality of human resources in Indonesia.
Meanwhile, the Unesa leadership welcomed the cooperation. This is certainly an opportunity for Unesa to continue to improve the quality of human resources, and the quality of education, research and community service for vocational, undergraduate, and postgraduate programs.
