Ready to compete, the futsal squad of SMA Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya was launched at the peak of the celebration of the 79th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia at SMA Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya, Campus 2 Lidah Wetan.
Unesa. AC ID. SURABAYA—There are many activities that can be held to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia. One way is to hold outbound competitions like what was done by SMA Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya last week. The peak of the activity will be on Friday, August 16 2024.
The event started with a joint line dance exercise which was attended by students, teachers and staff. Next, there is a healthy road that crosses the route from the school yard to the UNESA Lidah Wetan Campus. This activity not only strengthens relationships between school members but also provides deep meaning about the heroes' struggles.
The principal of Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya High School, Dewi Purwanti, hopes that the spirit of independence celebrated today can motivate students to study. "Hopefully the spirit of struggle of the independence heroes can be transmitted and motivate students to be more enthusiastic in achieving achievements," he said.
Today became even more special with the presence of the Garuda Futsal League team in collaboration with Radio Suara Surabaya. This is the Garuda Futsal League's first roadshow to schools, marking a historic moment for SMA Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya. Apart from that, today also took place the launch of the Garuda Futsal team for SMA Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya.
The costume is a symbol of the joining of the Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya High School futsal team in the Garuda Futsal League.
Muhammad Akhva Aulia Nusantara (Vava), President of Garuda Futsal League, expressed her satisfaction with today's event. "Garuda Futsal League Roadshow to School was held for the first time at Labschool Unesa 1 High School, and this activity went beyond our expectations. We were very happy to see the active participation of the students and the extraordinary support from the support team," said Vava.
The excitement of the event continues to increase with interactive games and futsal matches between the Labschool Unesa High School futsal team and the Garuda Futsal team. This match increases enthusiasm and shows the sporting talent possessed by students, making it a highly anticipated moment.
Vava hopes that in the future, the Labschool Unesa 1 High School futsal team will be even more successful and able to achieve achievements in matches held by Garuda Futsal. The celebration of the 79th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia not only shows the lively spirit of independence, but also strengthens the sense of togetherness and pride in the educational environment of SMA Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya.
