Unesa.ac.id, Surabaya- In order to realize a generation with Qur'ani character, The Islamic Community of Economic (MFI-ICE) Student Activity Institute of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Surabaya State University holds musabaqoh Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ) faculty level with the theme "Vibrant Birthday of the Faculty of Economics and Business the 15th: Realize The Generation of Achievement and Character of the Qur'ani"on Sunday (21/03/2021).
The event held online is an event to find talents and religious talents of FEB-level students, especially in the field of MTQ. The best participants and champions can continue their struggle and carry the name of the faculty in MTQMN 2021.
Chairman of ICE FEB Unesa, Muhammad Fahrul Rozjiqin revealed that although still a pandemic situation. However, mtq preparation is done carefully and the implementation can run optimally. "Because this is the first time MTQ held virtually, so it is quite challenging for the organizers and participants," he said.
To minimize physical contact, starting from preparations such as the formation of committees, technical design of events, determination of judges to strategies to attract many participants were conducted online. "The most challenging for us, namely when guiding the new manager in the structure of the committee, considering that some managers are students of the class of 2020 who still lack experience regarding the organization's online events," said Fahrul.
MTQ FEB event consists of 13 branches of competition. There are contests musabaqoh tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ), musabaqoh tartilul Qur'an (MTrQ), musabaqah hifzhil Qur'an 1 juz (MHQ 1 juz), musabaqah hifzhil Qur'an 5 juz (MHQ 5 juz), and musabaqah hifzhil Qur'an 10 juz (MHQ 10 juz). In addition, there is also a race musabaqah scientific papers content of the Qur'an (KTIQ), musabaqah khattil Qur'an (MKQ), musabaqah syarhil Qur'an (MSQ, and there is a poster competition. Then there is also the Qur'an (DAQ) computer application design competition, Arabic debate, English debate competition, and Musabaqah fahmil Qur'an (MFQ).
This year's MTQ general champion was won by participants from the Department of Economics. The success of THE MTQ FEB event cannot be separated from the full support of the deans of FEB Unesa and its ranks, ormawa and MFIs as well as all parties who participated for the smooth running of the event that coincided with the 15th Feb Unesa Harlah.
"Hopefully MTQ in the future can be more innovative, even though it is held online," added Fahrul. "A touch of innovation and creativity can certainly be done to enliven the annual event and to make the Qur'ani shirk more grounded in the campus environment and can be more vibrant," he concluded.
