Unesa.ac.id, PASURUAN—Made of young players from among students, the 'Home of Champions' campus football team, namely Kresna Unesa FC, arrived in Jember on Monday, December 4 2023 to make its debut in the East Java League 3.< /p>
The only campus football club competing in the East Java League 3 is one of 54 clubs competing in the competition. The club is divided into 14 groups. Kresna Unesa FC is in group H with Persid Jember, Pasuruan United and Persema Malang.
David Agus Prianto, coach of Kresna Unesa FC, said that his party had prepared many strategies. The training that has been carried out has gone smoothly, and the players are really enthusiastic about facing the match.
”We are very confident that thorough preparation will bring positive results. "We have a solid formation, and are optimistic that we can achieve victory," he said enthusiastically.
As the new East Java League 3 team, Kresna Unesa FC has the determination to give a surprise in this competition. With a formation that has been carefully prepared, David is optimistic that his team can achieve maximum results.
"As a new baby team in League 3, we are ready to put up fierce resistance and prove that we deserve to be here," he said .
During preparation, his team not only focused on physical and tactical aspects, but also mental aspects and paid attention to ideal rest patterns for the players' performance. "Mentality is important, so that you are truly ready to compete and can provide the best performance for the people of East Java," he said.
With the enthusiasm and support of all parties, this football team hopes to create history in its journey in League 3 East Java. They not only represent their institution, but also bring high hopes and competitive spirit.
