The Dean of the Faculty of Psychology signs the proclamation as a form of commitment to realizing an integrity zone.
Unesa. ac.id., SURABAYA–As a commitment to realizing an integrity zone, the Faculty of Psychology (FPsi) Surabaya State University (UNESA) held socialization activities and signed a faculty service announcement on Friday, September 13 2024.
This activity was opened by the Dean FPsi, Diana Rahmasari. He said that his faculty was one of the faculties at UNESA that launched the construction of an integrity zone this year.
He continued, all employees, both lecturers and staff, can better understand and implement the construction of integrity zones well, there will be changes in mindset and culture-set in terms of providing excellent service.
"It is hoped that "With this activity, all human resources can provide better service to students and other academics," said the Bangkalan-born lecturer.

Socialization activities for all lecturers and FPsi staff were given by Rahmanu Wijaya as Head of Integrity Zone. He emphasized six things that need to be considered in building an integrity zone.
First, regarding change management, which in essence, each faculty as a unit with a leading leader is able to capture problems in services and make service breakthroughs.
Secondly, governance arrangements, which are meant are the form Simple and uncomplicated bureaucracy. Third, structuring HR management, related to the appropriate positioning of each employee, in accordance with their duties and functions.
Fourth, strengthening performance accountability, which is related to the planning and implementation of everything that is monitored.
Fifth, strengthening supervision is related to guarantees that organizers are anti-corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN). Sixth, namely improving service quality, being able to provide services in accordance with community expectations.
Later, these six areas will be formulated in every program carried out by FPsi, as well as strengthening work culture and leadership commitment to change. This activity was continued with the signing of the proclamation by the dean which was witnessed by all those present.[]
