Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA—Surabaya State University (UNESA) signed an MoU with the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration (Kemendes PDTT) of the Republic of Indonesia at the Rectorate Building, Lidah Wetan Campus, on Sunday, November 5 2023.
UNESA Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Nurhasan, M.Kes., on that occasion said, this collaboration is a joint momentum in building villages with superior human resources in welcoming Indonesia's golden demographic bonus 2045.
"The focus of our performance is optimizing and strengthening BUMDes and BUMDesma "Mapping in each sector must be carried out so that excellence and competence in each village is maintained for economic continuity and sustainability," said Cak Hasan (his nickname).
Secretary General of the Ministry of Villages PDTT, Taufik Madjid, S.Sos., M .Si., who was present at the activity said that the Ministry of Village recruited 2,700 new professional staff consisting of young people from various villages in Indonesia, this was considered important to welcome Indonesia's golden demographic bonus of 2045.
So Thus, a national holding is needed to regulate existing algorithms to develop potential and solve all village problems in Indonesia by involving several universities, one of which is UNESA.
Head of the Human Resources Development Agency for Village Community Empowerment, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, Prof. Dr. Hj. Luthfiyah Nurlaela, M.Pd., in his MoU presentation explained the timeline for the RKTL for PLD recruitment in 2023, namely; 1) preparing and establishing recruitment guidelines; 2) PTN exploration; 3) preparation and determination of selection teams, quotas, questions, committee teams, MoUs, PKB and work contracts.
Furthermore, 4) trial questions and registration applications; 5) announcement of recruitment opening; 6) acceptance of applicant registration; 7) administrative selection and announcement; 8) socialization and written test; 9) announcement of selection results; 10) training and provision; 11) as well as the determination of work contracts.
Furthermore, the RKTL is a strategic document that formulates programs and activities that will be implemented by the village government in the next year. This document covers various serious sectors, including infrastructure development, health, education, agriculture, tourism, etc.
Meanwhile PLD or local village assistant is a position as a village assistant under the Ministry of Villages, Development Disadvantaged Regions and Indonesian Transmigration were established based on the Village Law, whose task is to increase community empowerment and act as a facilitator in a village.
