Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-Registration for the new student admissions selection (SPMB) or the Surabaya State University (UNESA) independent pathway will be opened in the middle of this month or next week. There are four selection groups that have been prepared, there are non-test or national UTBK pathways, achievement pathways, applied undergraduate and undergraduate TMUBK pathways, and disability pathways. The requirements for each route are as follows;

A. Non-Test Group or National UTBK Path

This Non-Test Path is intended for participants who already have the 2022 UTBK score. Participants can choose two study programs, both the Science and Technology group and the Soshum group. The requirements for this path are as follows;

• Indonesian citizens
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Graduates of SMA/MA/SMK/equivalent in 2022 as evidenced by a diploma or certificate of graduation for graduates in 2022.
• Have UTBK-SBMPTN 2022 scores;
• Participants who choose sports and arts study programs and do not yet have a portfolio value from the LTMPT, must upload a portfolio document.

B. Achievement Group

In this selection group, UNESA provides several pathways. There are religious achievement paths, sports, arts and leadership.

1. Religious Achievement

This path is intended for participants who have achievements in the field of religion. Participants may choose 2 study programs of interest. Participants who choose sports and arts study programs and do not yet have a portfolio value from the LTMPT, must upload a portfolio document. The path of religious achievement consists of;

First, Islamic Religious Achievements are divided into several paths; 1) the pesantren route, 2) the tahfidz route, and 3) the MTQ route. The conditions are as follows:

• Indonesian citizens;
• Graduates of SMA/MA/SMK/package C or equivalent in 2020, 2021 or 2022 as evidenced by a diploma or certificate of graduation for graduates in 2022;
• Have a certificate or certificate of Islamic academic achievement for registrants of the pesantren achievement path. For registrants on the tahfidz path, they must show proof of memorizing the Qur'an at least 10 juz. The MTQ track registrant shows a certificate of the 1st place MTQ championship at the district or city level, it can also be a certificate of champion 1 to 3 at the provincial or national/international level.

Second, Christian, Catholic, Hindu, Buddhist, or Confucian Religious Achievements. This path is intended for participants who have achievements in the religious field. The requirements are;

• Indonesian citizens;
• Graduates of SMA/MA/SMK/Package C or equivalent in 2020, 2021 or 2022 (proven by a diploma or certificate of graduation for graduates in 2022);
• Have a certificate of achievement in the field of religion from related institutions/agencies or religious leaders/religious leaders.

2. Sports Achievements

This track is intended for participants who have achievements in the field of sports. Participants may choose 2 study programs of interest. The requirements;

• Indonesian citizens;
• High school/MA/SMK/equivalent graduates in 2020, 2021 or 2022 as evidenced by a diploma or certificate of graduation for graduates in 2022;
• Have a sports championship certificate, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place at the provincial or national/international level.
• Have a recommendation from the regency/city/provincial/central KONI.

3. Art Achievement

This pathway is intended for participants who have achievements in the arts. Participants may choose 2 study programs of interest. The conditions that must be met;

• Indonesian citizens;
• High school/MA/SMK/equivalent graduates in 2020, 2021 or 2022 (proven by a diploma or Certificate of Graduation for graduates in 2022);
• Have a championship certificate in the field of art, can be 1st, 2nd, or 3rd champion at the provincial/national/international level.

4. Leadership Achievements

This path is intended for participants who have been the chairman or secretary of the student council. In this pathway, participants may choose 2 study programs of interest and must meet the following requirements;

• Indonesian citizens;
• Graduates of SMA/MA/SMK/package C or equivalent in 2022 as evidenced by a diploma or certificate of graduation for graduates in 2022.
• Have a decision letter or OSIS leadership certificate as chairman/secretary from the principal.

B. TMUBK Group of Applied Undergraduates and Undergraduates

This pathway is intended for participants who will be accepted through a computer-based written exam. The material being tested is the ability of academic potential (TKPA) and scientific or social science. Participants may choose 2 study programs, both scientific and social groups. conditions;

• Indonesian citizens;
• High school/MA/SMK/equivalent graduates in 2020, 2021 or 2022 as evidenced by a diploma or graduation certificate for 2022 graduates.
• Participants who choose sports and arts study programs and do not yet have a portfolio value from the LTMPT, must upload a portfolio document.

C. Disability Path

This path is intended for participants with disabilities who will be accepted through written tests and interviews. Participants may choose 2 study programs, both scientific and social groups. conditions;

• Indonesian citizens with disabilities (proven by a certificate from the school principal);
• Graduates of SMA/MA/SMK/package C or the equivalent in 2022 (proven by a diploma or Certificate of Graduation for graduates in 2022);
• Participants who choose sports and arts study programs and do not yet have a portfolio value from the LTMPT, must upload a portfolio document.

Pay Attention to Portfolio

Head of the UNESA Admissions Unit, Dr. Sukarmin, M.Pd., appealed to participants to pay attention to the provisions before uploading their portfolios. The types of portfolios that are uploaded based on study programs are;

1. Undergraduate Visual Communication Design (DKV) study program, the portfolio types are fine arts, design and crafts.
2. S-1 Sport Science Study Program, the types of portfolio are physical education and sports.
3. Undergraduate Program in Physical Education, Health and Recreation, the portfolio is physical education and sports.
4. Undergraduate Sports Coaching Study Program, the portfolio is physical education and sports.
5. Sendratasik Education S-1 Study Program, the uploaded portfolios are dance, theater and music.
6. Undergraduate Fine Arts Education Study Program, the uploaded portfolios are art, design and craft.
7. S-1 Music Arts Study Program, music portfolio.
8. Undergraduate Fine Arts Study Program, portfolio of fine arts, design and crafts.
9. Graphic Design Study Program (applied bachelor), the uploaded portfolio is art, design and craft.
10. Sports Coaching Study Program (applied bachelor), the type of portfolio is physical education and sports.

For participants who want to register, immediately prepare or complete the required documents. Besides that, prepare yourself, study hard, keep practicing and pray a lot.

Registration Schedule

The registration schedule for each group of new student admissions is;

1. UTBK Non-Test Group. Registration opens on 24-30 June 2022. The results of the verification of uploaded data will be announced on 3 July 2022.
2. Achievement Group. Registration is open from 29 June to 5 July 2022. The selection will be held on 7 July 2022 and 11 July 2022. The results will be announced on 13 July 2022.
3. TMUBK Undergraduate and Applied Undergraduate Groups. Registration opens on 4-13 July 2022. The selection will be held on 16-19 July 2022. The results will be announced on 23 July 2022.
4. Disability Path. Registration is open from 4-13 July 2022. The selection will be held on 16-19 July 2022. The results will be announced on 23 July 2022.
