Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA–The Faculty of Education, State University of Surabaya held the 102nd Yudisium virtually on Thursday, (10/28/2021). With the theme 'The 102nd Judiciary of FIP UNESA Ready to Unite, Rise and Resilient for Advanced Indonesia' this year's judiciary was attended by Drs. Mochamad Nursalim, M.Si. as the dean of the Faculty of Education and all ranks of the deputy dean and senate within the faculty.
During this period, FIP graduated around 390 graduates from various majors. The details, Counseling Guidance as many as 27 graduates, Education Technology Curriculum as many as 10 graduates, PLS Department as many as 27 participants, PLB Department as many as 52 graduates, PGSD Department as many as 76 graduates, PGPAUD Department as many as 32 graduates, Psychology as many as 147 participants and Education Management Department as many as 19 graduates. . Of that amount, as many as 80.2% of them managed to graduate with honors or cum laude.
Three outstanding graduates who obtained the highest GPA in the Faculty of Education, namely Dinarayu Aldililla, who had a GPA of 3.87 from the Psychology Department, Restu Anggada Cipta received a GPA of 3.84 from the Education Management Department, and Indri Dwi Kurniasari's GPA of 3.83 from the PGSD Department.
In addition to the award for the winner of the highest GPA, there are also judiciary who have managed to score the highest achievements in the non-academic field. They are Andika Cahyadi from the PGSD Department, Amalya El Fatihah Djovana from the BK Department, and Alsheta Marcha Nurriyana from the Psychology Department. Each of the outstanding judiciary received prizes in the form of certificates and coaching money.
“Judicials must continue to prepare themselves to face problems, you have to be extraordinary, not ordinary. Keep working and contributing to the homeland," said the FIP dean. He reminded the judiciary to be ready to face the various challenges that will be faced in the future. Furthermore, in his speech he also emphasized that these judiciary will face various changes and dynamics in line with the industrial revolution 4.0, pandemic and society 5.0.
He encouraged the judiciary to continuously develop their talents, interests and abilities. "Of course, what you have to do is develop your abilities, explore new potentials, maintain feelings of joy and happiness, keep faith and belief and never give up, keep working," he said. (Hasna/zam*)
