Unesa.ac.id, Surabaya–Surabaya State University was selected as one of the eight Supervisory Colleges for apprentice lecturers in Indonesia. Surabaya State University together with IPB, ITB, Unair, UGM, UM, UNPAD, and UPI will hold a hybrid internship (online and offline). As scheduled, online internships will be held in August – September 2021. Then will continue offline in October – November 2021.
In the file of the announcement of the determination of participants for the Lecturer apprenticeship program for higher education number 1296 / E4 / KK.04.02 / 2021 signed by the Director of Resources, Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, assigning 200 lecturers as apprentices who will placed in eight supervisory colleges.
Each of these colleges, including Unesa, will each accept as many as 25 apprentice lecturers from other campuses. The 25 lecturers who receive internships at Unesa come from universities scattered in various regions, some from Nusantara PGRI Kediri University, Tompotika Luwuk Banggai University, Wiralodra University, STKIP Pamane Talino, and Al Muslim University, as well as IKIP PGRI Wates.
In addition, there were those from the Al Maksum Teacher Training and Education College, Muhammadiyah Mataram University, Nusa Nipa University, Siliwangi University, STKIP An-Nur Nangro Aceh, STKIP Nahdlatul Ulama Tegal Regency, STKIP Weetebula, KH University. A. Wahab Hasbullah, Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama University Kebumen, Muhammadiyah Buton University, and West Kalimantan Nahdlatul Ulama University.
Then also participants from STAI Syamsul Ulum Gunung Puyuh, University of the 1945 NTT Teachers' Union, University of Nusa Cendana, Tadulako University, STKIP Muhammadiyah Enrekang, STKIP Adzkia, and Tribhuwana Tungga Dewi University.
Welcoming the apprentices, Unesa is ready with all the facilities and superior and qualified human resources, of course, to provide the best for the participants during the internship. With an internship at Unesa, the participants are expected to be able to learn with lecturers and human resources at Unesa and focus on improving competencies which can later make a positive contribution in advancing and improving the quality of the implementation of the Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi on their respective campuses. Most importantly, their competence can drive the effectiveness of the implementation of the MBKM program in their respective universities. (Hasna / zam)
