Heute ha-ha-habe ich Geburtstag ... the song played beautifully from the collaboration of students from SMA Negeri 3 Lumajang with beautiful mask perched on each face when he became the first participant to demonstrate his skill in the Singen contest (from German which means to sing) as one of the competitions in the series of the Deutsche Woche XVII (German Week) celebrations by the German Study Program. Not far away from the age of seventeen years the theme carried in the series of events is also not much different namely Wir sind schon siebzehn " or & "; We are 17" which certainly relates to adolescence. Like the Modeschau competition or fashion show held at the Joglo Faculty of Language and Arts at nine in the morning (11/30). A fashion show with a retro neon concept makes this show unique. They were also asked to introduce themselves in German. Not only for high school / MA / vocational students in East Java who were invited to enliven the peak of the event students from the oldest generation to new students also took part in enlivening the event. Those who have participated since the German Week event was held on Monday (11/25) until the German Literature Lecture event which was held on Friday (11/29). The program for students was held Monday to Thursday while on Friday there was a German literary lecture that was filled by literature lecturers from the German Study Program as well. Bright one of the committee when it was tasked to check the competitors attendance. The event which was opened by Mr. Suwarsono Head of the German Language Department and Mr. Subandi Assistant Dean I of FBS took place on November 25 30. The enthusiasm of this annual event was seen not only by the students but also by the participants of the competition. This was indicated by the number of participants who became participants reaching approximately 400 participants in 7 competitions. The seven competitions are Singen (singing) Deutschkenntnisse (German grammar) Gedicht lesen (read poetry) M? rchen Erzh? hlen (storytelling) the Kreatives Schreiben contest (creative writing) the Modeschau competition (fashion show) and the Drama competition (drama). In addition to the interesting competitions the event which was also used as a place for introducing German Language Study Program also held a literary exhibition and book bazaar in the T-2 building on the 2nd floor and Kino (creative cinema) on the ground floor while in the parking lot they filled it with a booth that sells various snacks and drinks.
