Dirka Mei Okprina S.Pd. is the best GPA winning girl of the Faculty of Education (FIP) at the 80th Unesa Graduation which took place yesterday Saturday (06/21/2014) at the Bima Campus of the Tongue Wetan Campus Surabaya. The woman born in Surabaya on May 31 1992 was able to complete her thesis on time because she had a strong determination to do her thesis. Thesis entitled Communication Strategy for Secondary Education Supervisors in the Scope of Gresik Regency Education Office confirmed that he was the best FIP graduate with a GPA of 3.85. The student who is often called by Dirka chose the title of the thesis because he was interested in the supervision section which also included 4 main functions of education management. In addition there are things that distinguish Gresik Regency with other districts in East Java namely a good relationship between supervisors and teachers. The teacher is considered a partner by the supervisor. Establishing a good relationship between supervisors and teachers is able to have a positive impact on the world of education in Gresik. All education issues are discussed wisely supervisors are no longer a frightening specter for teachers. This has made Dirka interested in conducting research in Gresik. It turns out that the best FIP graduate had a dream that didnt come true. Actually Dirka wanted to graduate 3.5 years but because of his busy life as Research Chair in the Management of Cafetaria Apung SMPN 26 Surabaya LPPM Unesa grants turned his dreams around. However there is no regret in Dirka. I have never regretted taking part in LPPM research because experience and connections are valuable. "Even my experience at LPPM was very helpful in completing the thesis and will be a valuable provision in my life" he said calmly. During college Dirka was also active in BEM Education Management for two consecutive periods. Besides being active in BEM Dirka also briefly represented the Department of Education Management in the selection of outstanding students at the faculty level. Now IMMAPSI (All Indonesian Education Administration Education Management Student Association) is a shelter to channel critical thinking as a young generation. In the near future I will go to Jakarta to attend the IMMAPSI meeting he stressed. By becoming a part of IMMAPSI he hopes that education management has better prospects. After graduating Dirka wants to continue his masters degree at Malang State University to perfect his career in education.
