There have been many leaders who can lecture give speeches and give hasanah candidates in public. However what is needed in this day and age is a leader who can set a good example. " We need a leader who uswatun hasanah who can be a good example " said the Minister of Youth and Sports Imam Nahrawi in his remarks at the 83rd graduation of Unesa at the Bima Unesa Sports Hall of the Tongue Wetan campus Sunday (26/7). In the graduation with the theme "Unesa Graduates Are Ready to Realize Patriotism and Nationalism for Indonesian Independence" that Imam Nahrawi stressed that many challenges will be faced by the nations next generation. For that he revealed patriotism must be a strong foundation in the nation. Meanwhile the Chancellor of Unesa Prof. Dr. Warsono M.S. added in addition to the spirit of patriotism graduates must have a sense of love and pride in their country. One way is to love domestic-made products and make good use of all the potentials that Indonesia has. "Indonesia has natural and human resources which are very potential to be developed." Graduates must be able to improve the lives economy and advance the Indonesian people through the knowledge they have gained during college " he said. For information this time Surabaya State University (Unesa) inaugurated 1724 students from diploma undergraduate and postgraduate study programs. 139 of them are Bidik Misi scholarship recipients.
