Erni Susiyawati a graduate student in Education Management succeeded in becoming the best FIP graduate and won cum laude with GPA 3 85. He wrote a thesis entitled Procurement of Elementary School Teachers at the Surabaya Branch Hang Tuah Foundation. Since deciding to go to college Erni was determined and tried as much as possible to get the best results. The biggest motivation for him is parents. Erni wants to prove to the people around her and the general public that education is important. Women are not only in the kitchen but can develop their wings for a career. In addition no matter where we come from never be inferior to compete to be the best he explained. When asked about the tips and tricks she learned the girl from Surabaya felt that there was nothing special. I study like a normal student. In essence how to do the task as perfect as possible and learn as the comfort of each learning there is no need to follow the way of learning from others said Erni. Erni is an active student. In addition to studying in college he also became a private tutor was active in organizations and worked at the Mandiri Loan Factory in Surabaya as a verification income. He also wants to be able to continue his studies. Actually I want to continue my bachelor degree its just that my bachelor degree is expensive.
