Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA— Construction of the Sports Psychology Integrated Building, completed. The leadership of the State University of Surabaya (UNESA) together with the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) and the Budget Utilization Authority (KPA) signed the handover of the building at the Lidah Wetan Campus, on Friday, October 6 2023.
This event was attended in person Director of Resources, Ministry of Education and Culture, Dr. Mohammad Sofwan Effendi, M.Ed., as KPA. He said, this building is a joint commitment to provide quality educational services for students.
"In order to form UNESA's differentiation mission, this building will become the center of UNESA, bringing UNESA even further forward, not one step, but taking steps forward," he said.
He added that the building has become a revitalization asset to support the tridharma of higher education. “Because it is PTN-BH, UNESA must continue to innovate. "Well, this integrated building can become an innovative HR asset in the future, so that in the future the UNESA academic community can work more productively and innovatively," he said.
He expressed his thanks to all related parties including internal and external supervisors, who has overseen this project so that it can be completed on time. He encouraged UNESA to implement increasingly high quality MBKM.

UNESA Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Nurhasan, M.Kes., said that this building will be used as two new faculties which are currently being processed, the Faculty of Psychology and the Faculty of Law. He added that additional building facilities began to be filled in November and the plan is to use them in the even semester.
"The main and supporting facilities will be filled immediately while various permits are processed," he explained.
Commitment Making Official , Prof. Dr. Suparji, M.Pd., in his report, said that this building was built over 400 days, from August 29 to October 2. Then the handover was carried out today, Friday.
This building ", he continued, consists of 7 floors with air conditioning facilities, lifts, hydrant boxes, lightning protection with a very good title after all tests were carried out. "Additional building equipment and furniture are still in process, the plan is for November 25 to be on site," he said.< /p>
This activity then carried out the signing of the files from the PPK to the KPA, then continued by the KPA to the UNESA Chancellor for building operations witnessed by all UNESA officials and the Ministry of Education and Technology team. After that, a project visit was carried out and tree planting was carried out with the officials present. [*]
