Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA— A total of 172 students from the Faculty of Languages and Arts (FBS) successfully completed their studies and were declared graduates at the 107th Yudisium at the Auditorium, Building T14, FBS, Lidah Wetan Campus, Surabaya, Wednesday, August 30 2023.
Graduation times This year, FT is carrying the theme "FBS Unesa Judiciary for the 107th Period, Globally Competitive in the Era of the New Order." The Dean of FBS, Syafiul Anam Ph.D., said that the faculty he leads continues to strive to produce graduates who have soft skills. and hard skills are ready to face the world of work.
According to his commitment as PTN-BH, UNESA not only prepares graduates who can only be absorbed into the world of work and industry, but more than that, UNESA graduates must be drivers of change, initiators in their career and can create employment opportunities.
"Apart from having a skillset that is ready to be demonstrated in the work environment, UNESA graduates also need to have the ability to continuously learn or learning agility . That's a requirement now. "We are optimistic that FBS graduates are ready to prove themselves in their career," he said.
In order to make this happen, FBS has made improvements in various aspects including curriculum and MBKM. It continues to network with domestic and foreign partners so that it can improving the quality of graduates.
At this graduation, FBS gave awards to the best students in each study program. In addition, several of the best graduating students with the highest GPA at FBS were announced.

- Aurora Zaen Afrani, Bachelor of English Language & Literature Education, GPA 3.93 with honors
- Saffa' Rabi'atul Adawiyah, Bachelor of Fine Arts Education, GPA 3.92 with honors
Most Non-academic Assessment System (Sipena) awards;
- Dinda Ayuni Setiawan, Bachelor of Education in Indonesian Language and Literature, with a score of 12050
- Nur Farida Maulidia, Bachelor of Education in Indonesian Language and Literature, with a score of 5705
- Anggi Ratri Anggoro Kasih, Bachelor of English Education, with a score of 4025
Awards are also given to students with the highest GPA for each study program;
