Unesa.ac.id., SURABAYA—The leadership of the State University of Surabaya (UNESA) and the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Denpasar held a meeting in Meeting Room 804 UNESA Campus II Lidah Wetan, Surabaya on Tuesday, January 23 2024. This forum is related with the 2024 ISI Denpasar State University Revitalization Program (PR-PTN) towards the Public Service Agency (BLU) to Legal Entity State Universities (PTN-BH).
Rector of ISI Denpasar, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Adnyana, S.Sn., M.Sn., said that his arrival with his group at UNESA was related to the campus transformation program from a Work Unit (Satker) to a Public Service Agency (PTN-BLU). "We believe UNESA can provide assistance. "UNESA's transition from PTN-BLU to PTN-BH is in the very fast category, so we are sure that later this transformation will also be learning smoothly," he said.
UNESA PTN-BH was appointed by the Ministry of Education and Culture to be a companion for PTN Satker , one of which is ISI Denpasar. The discussion plan for the revitalization program with UNESA assistance this year focuses on 6 aspects, namely competitiveness and blu governance, cooperation, curriculum, organization, strengthening research and innovation, and ensuring institutional quality.

Prof. Dr. H. Haris Supratno, Chair of the UNESA Board of Trustees (MWA), said that the transformation of the institution into PTN-BH is also related to MBKM so that it is more free, independent and prosperous in financial management and the welfare of teaching staff, which can later be realized by ISI Denpasar.< /p>
In addition to quality assurance which is divided into academic and non-academic fields, UNESA also emphasizes the importance of internal monitoring programs in institutional governance. This is one of the main needs in preparing for the transformation of an institution into a PTN-BLU or PTN-BH.
Dr. Sugeng Harianto, M.Sc., added, in this regard, UNESA will swiftly prepare people responsible for each program which will be held from April to July 2024. The implementation of all systems will be gradual, teaching staff including lecturers will also be given socialization because there will be many changes to the system and remuneration.
In assisting this revitalization program, the Unesa team provided several guidelines regarding steps for preparing the change of PTN Satker/BLU to PTN-BH which includes 1) Preparation of academic and non-academic activities as a whole. comply with applicable principles/legislative regulations, 2) Prepare the PTN-BH requirement documents and send them to the Ministry of Education and Culture/Kemenag, 3) Discuss the PTN-BH requirement documents, 4) Approval of the requirement documents.
Next, 5) Discussion and harmonization of the PTN-BG RPP between the PTN-BH PT team and the Ministry, 6) The PTN-BH PT team prepares the Per-Tor document for the first time, 7) The PTN-BH PT team prepares the Per-Tor, Per-MWA, and Per-SAU , 8) Formation of SAF, SAU, MWA, RKAT, Per-Tor, Per-MWA, Per-SAU, and arrangement of PTN-BH organs, leadership, finances, and separation of assets if the RPP has been approved by the president.
