
UNESA PPG graduates look happy during the process of taking the professional oath. They are ready to become professional teachers in their respective regions.
Unesa.ac.id. , SURABAYA—Institute for Professional Education and Certification (LPSP) Surabaya State University (UNESA) has once again confirmed and taken the professional oath for graduates of Teacher Professional Education (PPG) pre-service which took place in the LPSP Building Auditorium, 9th floor, Campus 2 Lidah Wetan, on Thursday, December 12 2024.
The activity entitled "Preparing Professional Educators Towards a Golden Indonesia 2045" was attended by PPG batch 2 graduates in 2023 and wave 1 in 2024. Also present were the leadership, deans and directors of UNESA.
In his speech, UNESA Chancellor, Nurhasan, reminded graduates to maintain professional ethics and teacher dignity in carrying out their duties. The challenges of the world of education are increasingly complex, so teachers are required not only to have competence, but also to uphold human values.
"We all have a big responsibility to create Indonesia's golden generation in 2045. On the way to the big vision "The demographic bonus is both an opportunity and a challenge that we must guard against for the progress of this nation," he said.

UNESA Chancellor, Cak Hasan advised PPG graduates to continue upskilling, adapting, and doing what best for society.
With various learning schemes prepared UNESA, the Chancellor hopes that UNESA PPG graduates will have their own values and advantages compared to other campus graduates. He advised graduates to continue learning and increase their capacity.
"Be a professional teacher according to your heart's calling so that the work is enjoyable and the results are maximum. Love your profession and work, and give your best, the results will be good. "Continue to innovate as a way to continue to contribute," said Cak Hasan.
Meanwhile, Secretary of the UNESA Teacher Professional Education Agency (BPPG), Faridha Nurhayati, reported that the inauguration procession and oath-taking of the pre-service PPG profession for batch 2 in 2023 and wave 1 in 2024 was attended by 1,173 participants, which was divided into two sessions.
Faridha Nurhayati also emphasized that there were significant differences between PPG UNESA graduates with graduates from other universities. "UNESA PPG graduates will receive fitness certificates and inclusive certificates that other universities do not have," he said.

After taking the oath, PPG graduates pose in Cak Hasan style with the leadership.
He gave a message to all PPG graduates so that you can always learn whenever and wherever, and continue to work to develop yourself in accordance with your respective scientific fields.
The teacher professional oath taking procession was represented by 2 graduates PPG namely Eramus Stefanus and Hardina Maulida Fashiha accompanied by clergy Muhammad Reza and Anung Priambodo. The professional oath was led directly by the Chancellor of UNESA.
Maulana, representative of PPG graduates, in his speech said that this moment was not the end of the journey, but the beginning of new challenges and opportunities. "This inauguration is not only about the degrees and achievements we have achieved, but also about the integrity, courage and sacrifices we have made," he explained.
He emphasized that as professional teachers, we must have a big responsibility towards future generations of the nation. "Let's make every step we take as an inspiration for others, to continue to provide the best for education and society," said Maulana.[*]
