Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA—Leaders of Surabaya State University (UNESA) and PT Bank Mandiri held a meeting to discuss cooperation in the fields of education, research, community service and banking services in the Meeting Room, 8th Floor, Rectorate Building, Campus 2 Lidah Wetan, on Friday, February 23 2024.
The discussion on cooperation was continued with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by Prof. Dr. Nurhasan, M.Kes, Chancellor of UNESA, and Hendra Wahyudi as Regional CEO of Bank Mandiri and witnessed by the leadership from both parties.
The Chancellor of UNESA, who is familiarly called Cak Hasan, said that work This is important to do to improve academic services on the 'Home of Champions' campus. Moreover, he continued, we have now entered the stage of accepting new students which requires a quality service system for students.
On that occasion, the two parties also discussed UNESA's efforts to provide dormitories at Campus 1 Ketintang and various other improvements. For Cak Hasan, many students do not get boarding houses near campus, so they have to choose boarding houses that are some distance from the campus location.
“Even though we are PTN-BH, we have committed from the start not to raise Student UKT. We know very well the current conditions. How can students get good service and have opportunities for self-career development? "We are maximizing the empowerment of all assets and human resources owned by UNESA," he said.
Hendra Wahyudi, said that with the program initiated, his party is committed to jointly responding to academic needs on campus. "Including to make UKT payments easier with our mainstay (Livin) and for UNESA to use KOPRA services in its banking services," he said.
On this occasion, his party also said that this was one of the efforts in supports the Tridharma of Higher Education, including education, research and community service. "Hopefully this collaboration will run smoothly and more breakthroughs will be made to improve the quality of services for students and the academic community of the 'Home of Champions' campus," he hoped.[]
