Unesa.ac.id, MAGETAN—Surabaya State University (UNESA) Campus 5 Magetan accepted 1,054 new students this year who immediately underwent the Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) on Tuesday, August 20 2024 at Campus 5 Magetan.
Campus Director Outside the UNESA Main Campus, Sarmini said, this PPKMB was the first to be carried out independently and was a historical milestone for the development of the world of education in Magetan. He hopes that, with UNESA's presence there, it will not only bring closer access to education for regional children, but will also become an icon of Magetan itself.
This first PKKMB, he continued, will be packaged in such a way as to give a deep impression and motivate new students. "Because of this, a number of figures and parties were invited to inspire new students at the new campus," said the UNESA professor.

Two of the figures present were Emil Elestianto Dardak, Deputy Governor of East Java for the period 2019-(February) 2024, and Jaleswari Pramodhawardani as Head of the Indonesian Laboratory.
