Unesa.ac.id., JEMBER- The Surabaya State University (UNESA) football team, Kresna UNESA FC, won their second match in the East Java League 3.
The 'Home of the Champions' squad This team managed to score 1-0 against Persema Malang which took place at the Jember Sport Garden Stadium, Jember, on Thursday, November 7 2023.
Kresna UNESA FC coach, David Agus Prianto, said he had thoroughly analyzed the course of the match . He noted that even though the team managed to score a goal, the instructions and tactics that had been prepared for both halves did not fully work.
"We need to increase discipline in carrying out the strategy that we have prepared. Consistency in tactics is very important in order to be able to control the course of the match," he said.
David emphasized that regarding the dynamics of the match in relation to the referee's decision, it is not an obstacle for him to provide maximum field action.
"Focus and discipline are really needed on the field "We will prepare ourselves better for the next match, which will be played as a visiting team, namely Persid Jember," he explained.
In-depth evaluation was carried out by his party, especially in the aspects of communication and recovery, because simple and maximum strategies must still be implemented.
He also highlighted the substitute players, who according to him were less mentally prepared to face changes in the match atmosphere.
"Reserve players must be more mentally prepared and able to adapt quickly. "This will be our main focus in the next training," he concluded.
