Unesa.ac.id. SURABAYA—International Robotic Training and Competition (IRTC) is collaborating with Surabaya State University (UNESA) to organize the National Robotics Championship (Kejurnas) at Trans Icon Surabaya, on 9-10 November 2024.
Campus involvement 'Home of Champions ' in this prestigious event, namely in the form of support from referees, judges, competition arenas, teachers and SLB (Special School) trainers.
IRTC always involves UNESA in every important event, including making Agung Prijo Budijono, lecturer and supervisor of the UNESA robotics team, as a consultant for every activity.
Apart from that, the certificates given to participants or winners of the competition were also signed by the Chancellor of UNESA, Nurhasan.
Deputy Chancellor I for Academic, Student and Alumni Affairs, Madlazim, who was present and opened the National Championship, said that this collaboration was a form of realization of the cooperation agreement between UNESA and IRTC.

This collaboration is a commitment 'Home of Champions' campus in developing the interest, talent and creativity of the younger generation in the field of robotics. With competitions like this, participants are motivated to continue to be creative and innovate.
"Activities like this are important to organize to develop interest, talent and creativity in the field of robotics from an early age," he said.
With this competition, it is hoped that it will be able to produce talented young talents in the field of robotics who will later be able to make the region proud in other prestigious national competitions.
"It doesn't stop there, we also hope that the participants in this National Championship "Later we can make Indonesia proud in world-level competitions," hoped the professor at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) UNESA.
This year's National Championship was held to commemorate two important days at once, namely National Santri Day and Hero's Day 2024.
This competition was opened in several categories, starting from SD/MI and equivalent, SMP/MTs and equivalent, universities, and a special disability category which was attended by participants from various regions.[*]
