In order to improve the ability of teachers to plan and implement meaningful and enjoyable learning, the Community Service (PKM) team from the Master of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) study program together with the study program UNESA's Master of Special Education (PLB) conducted training on July 19 2024.
The training "Differentiated Learning to Implement Independent Learning for Children with Special Needs in Regular Kindergartens" targets PAUD teachers in Regular Kindergartens. This activity involved UNESA experts starting from Prof. Dr. Siti Masitoh, M.Pd; Dr. Pamuji, M. Kes; and Dr. Nurul Khotimah, S.Pd., M.Pd.
The Chair of PKM, Nurul Khotimah, said that this training was intended to equip teachers with differentiated learning skills to create a developing and achieving generation.
The UNESA PAUD Masters and Masters in PLB Expert Team directly trained Regular Kindergarten PAUD teachers on the implementation of differentiated learning for children with special needs.
Differentiation learning is an approach or method of teaching that is tailored to the needs, interests and abilities of each student. The goal is to ensure that each student gets the most effective learning experience that suits their individual needs and learning styles.
