University leaders and Fisipol leaders as well as related staff explained the various vulnerable group-friendly public services that already exist and are continuing to be developed to the Ministry of Education and Culture's monitoring and evaluation team.

SURABAYA—Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (Fisipol) Surabaya State University (UNESA) underwent a visitation or monitoring and evaluation (monev) regarding public services friendly to vulnerable groups by a team from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) on Friday, 16 August 2024 at the Srikandi i6 Fisipol Building, UNESA Campus 1 Ketintang.
Suwandita from the Organization and Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Education and Culture said that visits to public services that are friendly to vulnerable groups is a national program based on policy through the PAN-RB Ministerial Decree No. 66/2020.
The SE of the Minister of PAN-RB is about Providing Infrastructure for Vulnerable Groups in the Delivery of Public Services and it is appealed to every UPT to provide infrastructure components for vulnerable groups. "We ensure whether the existing infrastructure meets the indicators determined based on the data presented," he said.
Deputy Chancellor II for Law, Management, Finance, and Resources and Business, Bachtiar Syaiful Bachri, emphasized, As PTNBH, UNESA always optimizes all aspects of its services, including the academic field which is the core or main service of higher education.

The Dean of Fisipol, Wiwik Sri Utami, conveyed the progress of his faculty which was originally declared an integrity zone in 2021 and built in 2022, finally being awarded an integrity zone and strengthening public services that are inclusive and friendly to vulnerable groups.
In 2024, Fisipol is designated as the locus of public services that are inclusive and friendly to vulnerable groups. Regarding facilities, Fisipol is developing a special parking area by 2025. Several buildings are also continuing to be developed and providing disability-friendly services. Also from the aspect of social media access, Fisipol also provides ALT Text which can be accessed by disabled groups.
There is also a text to speech accessibility feature on the Sidilan website (Service Digitization System) which makes it easier for vulnerable groups to handle administration and priority queues at the administration counter.
Not only the Sidilan website, the SSO UNESA website has also been adapted to be easily accessed by vulnerable groups. Likewise with the students and educational staff at Fisipol who have gone through disability sensitivity ethics training.[]
