Unesa.ac. id. MAGETAN—Surabaya State University (UNESA) is still opening registration for the 2024 independent route. There are several admission schemes to choose from, namely the UTBK non-test route, non-report card test route, and the TMUBK route. On the independent route, fighters entering state universities, especially those from the Mataraman area and surrounding areas, apart from being able to choose study programs at UNESA Surabaya Campus (Ketintang and Lidah Wetan) can also choose study programs at UNESA Campus 5 Magetan.
Director of PSDKU, Prof. Dr. Sarmini, M.Hum., at the UNESA Virtual Campus Expo (UCVE) some time ago said, there are nine study programs being prepared at UNESA Campus 5 Magetan as follows:
- S-1 Physical Education Bachelor's Study Program , Health and Recreation, Faculty of Sports and Health Sciences (FIKK)
- S-1 Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD), Faculty of Education (FIP)
- S-1 Mathematics Education, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA)
- Bachelor's Degree in Legal Sciences, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIPOL)
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIPOL)
- S-1 Management, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB)
- S-1 English Literature, Faculty of Languages and Arts (FBS)
- S -1 Informatics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering (FT)
- S-1 Cosmetology Education, Faculty of Engineering (FT).
Prodi opened on the Magetan campus, it is a superior study program with good prospects for the future and in accordance with human resource needs that support the development direction of Magetan Regency and its surroundings.
UNESA Campus 5 Magetan has been supported with facilities and infrastructure that are ready to welcome new students and start lectures for the odd semester in 2024. For example, a building has been completed and only the inauguration or launch process remains.
Not only are the infrastructure and facilities ready, the surrounding community is also very supportive, so that other aspects of preparation such as student housing and other needs are also supportive.
"From the aspect of physical development or infrastructure, it has been completed and all that remains is for the inauguration. Even the parks and areas around the campus have been well laid out and we are intensifying greening by planting thousands of tree seedlings," said the Magetan-born professor.
Head of Sub-Directorate for Campus Development Outside the Main Campus, Gading Gamaputra, S.AP., MPA., added that the spirit behind the presence of UNESA Campus 5 Magetan is to bring closer access to higher education where students can study and develop themselves. -Princess of the region.

Campus 5 Magetan is a representation of the UNESA Main Campus in Surabaya, so it has the same quality of implementation of the tridharma. Including the study programs which are indeed the best, most favorite, and in line with the needs of the community and the direction of development in Magetan.
