In his scientific speech, he motivated students and delivered three basic models of life to a thousand more graduates.
In his message, he introduced the concept of "water" as the main guideline in living life after graduation. Water is an acronym for adaptation, integrity, and humble.
Musyafak emphasized that after completing education, one must be prepared to enter and adapt to the new environment, both in the world of work and social life.
"Whatever the risk, the graduates must be good at adapting," he said.
The ability to adjust will help graduates face changes and challenges that exist in the real world.

In addition to the ability to adapt, integrity too be a thing that should not be abandoned. According to him, having a bright future does not only depend on academic expertise, but also on the character and honesty of someone.
"We must have integrity, not most styles. We must be trusted by the community as a truly educated human being "he explained.
This attitude will build a good reputation, and open up many opportunities in professional and social life. Finally, Musyafak emphasizes the importance of humble attitudes. "With all the knowledge we have, in associating with anyone, we must remain humble," said the man who is also a S-3 student education management.
He believes that a humble nature will maintain good relations with other people and open more opportunities to learn from the surrounding environment.
Musyafak Rouf hopes that UNESA will continue to develop and become an educational institution that is increasingly trusted by the community.
"Hopefully UNESA will be more advanced, the more trust from the community. I am sure that with the existence of Unesa, education in the community will be more advanced," he said. [*]
