The leadership of FBS and Kooprodi appreciated the dance performance of the final assignment of Sendtratasik students class of 2020.
Unesa. ac.id., SURABAYA—The Cak Durasim Building of the East Java Cultural Park witnessed the excitement of the D'TIK Art dance performance with the theme "Ngadepi Seni". This event is part of the final project of the Class of 2020 students of the Sendratasik (Art, Drama, Dance and Music) study program, Faculty of Languages and Arts (FBS), Surabaya State University (UNESA), featuring eight dance works by UNESA's talented young choreographers.
The event which will be held on June 16 2024 is divided into two sessions, the first session starts at 14.00 to 17.30 WIB and the second session continues from 18.00 to 22.00 WIB. Each session presented stunning and innovative dance works, showing the students' talent and dedication in developing dance movements and concepts.
In the opening session, Dr. Welly Suryandoko, S.Pd., M.Pd., as the Coordinator of the Sendratasik Study Program, said that the community was looking forward to this activity, because it included the production of stunning dance works.
The total performance shown by the UNESA Sendratasik students succeeded in making visitors or spectators amazed.
Eight dances These include, Ngengkleng by Indi Khoirun Nisa, Shadow by Muhammad Trio Geraldo, Rampong by Vicky Krisna, Kaweng by Fella Aulia Sandria Hakim, Wredaya by Fairuz Ahmad, Mbujang by Adam Mustofa, Lanji by Shafa Namira, and Ma Eywa by Afasilina Retyowidyaningrum .
"Each work has its own uniqueness and story and value that makes the audience drift away," he said.
Syafi'ul Anam, Ph.D, Dean of FBS stated that art is one UNESA flagship. "Dance works at D'TIK Art must be registered with Intellectual Property Rights (HKI) to help the main performance of the Sendratasik study program," he said.
He also emphasized the importance of recognizing intellectual property rights for dance works the. By registering these works with IPR, UNESA not only protects students' copyrights, but also strengthens the position of the Sendratasik study program in the academic world and arts industry.

Dr. Welly Suryandoko added his big hopes for the future of the Sendratasik and UNESA study programs. "The hope is that D'TIK Art can compare the Sendratasik study program and UNESA itself to become more advanced," he said.
With the enthusiasm and dedication of the students and full support from UNESA, D'TIK Art " Ngadepi Seni" succeeded in presenting a stunning and inspiring performance. This event is not only a place to prove the students' talents, but also strengthens UNESA's position as a superior educational institution in the field of arts.
This performance succeeded in showing that the art of dance has extraordinary appeal and is able to unite various elements culture and creativity. With the success of D'TIK Art "Ngadepi Seni", it is hoped that UNESA and the Sendratasik study program can continue to develop and produce more innovative works of art in the future.[]
